Do you believe your cancer was environmental ?

I think environment plays a huge part in cancer. I know I grew up in a heavily cancer populated area. I also do not think we should blame ourselves for these some we had no idea about until later in life. I think it is important to be proactive in your health and make healthy choices but do not blame yourself for getting cancer.

I struggle with this question a lot, but I have learned to have grace and know that we can't control everything around us. Instead of constantly worrying, I focus on what I can do which for me are being proactive in movement and nutrition.
