I am on an immune therapy drug and my neuropathy is through the roof? How did you cope?

Neuropathy has been part of my life since I was diagnosed with AIDS back in 2000. My toes get cold, my feet tingle, and sometimes my legs can get comfortable.

Then when I went through treatment my legs would lose circulation often, parts were on fire and parts were freezing. At first, I didn't really notice because I was already dealing with it but it would multiply at times.

Then when I was diagnosed with diabetes I was told if I noticed the neuropathy. I laughed. Only for the last 20 years!

Working out helps, or going for a walk. Raising my legs at night. Icy-Hot helps as well.

But it's here for ever and I've just learned to deal with it.
