How do you balance your life while cancering ?

Being that, I am almost 5 years NED ( No Evidence of Disease) from stage 3B colorectal cancer. I find my biggest struggle as a cancer survivor is finding a true life balance. I have gotten a lot of inquiries about involvement and volunteering in the cancer community. I honestly did very little in the cancer community before being diagnosed with cancer and the survivorship of it. What are your thoughts. I do try an prioritize things as they come up and offered to me. I have also learned to be at peace if I say no to an opportunity. Advocacy has become more of a priority to me now that I am on the other side of cancer. Also, I wanna make sure that I leave room for other opportunities in my life.
